Please check these common reasons why users can't sign in.

Registration is a separate process from completing a Change of Address, Direct Debit, Paperless Billing or other form. Our portal is used for Council Tax, Business Rates, Housing Benefit and for Landlords receiving this, so a user must register and link their account(s).

We may have your email address on your account, but that doesn't mean you are registered on the portal.

If you don't receive the email please check any junk or spam folders, and that your mailbox is not full and your online storage is not over your limit.

If the email used on the portal is no longer accessible and you can't sign in you will need to re-register with a new email.

You can change your portal email address (and, optionally, your username to match) when you are signed in. Please advise us if you do this, especially if you have paperless billing, so we can update the account email.
